Our GO-EHT sample preparation systems are built around a certified set of four high-performance chromatography columns, vacuum-sealed for maximum reliability and ease of use.
During purification, the columns are gently heated, boosting chromatography efficiency while requiring only minimal volumes of organic solvent. This not only improves analytical performance but also reduces exposure risks for both the operator and the environment.
Designed for versatility, GO-EHT column sets are ideal for food, feed, and environmental sample analysis. Each complete set includes four specialized columns, together with the required tubing:
- Silver nitrate impregnated silica column
- Sulphuric acid impregnated silica column
- Aluminum/Zr oxide concentration column
- Carbon/florisil concentration column
- Tubing set

Miura Co. Ltd. in Japan is an ISO 17025 accredited organization with a robust quality management system, ensuring an unwavering commitment to excellence. Every new batch of GO-EHT column sets undergoes strict internal quality control testing before release.
For every newly produced column batch, one set is rigorously examined by Miura’s quality control department. To pass, each column set must meet stringent standards:
Recovery rates for all PCDD/Fs and PCBs must exceed 70%
Blank values for PCDD/Fs must be < 0.5 pg TEQ / column set
Blank values for DL-PCBs must be < 0.05 pg TEQ / column set
Only batches that meet these exacting criteria receive a Certificate of Quality, including a detailed report of blank and recovery tests along with corresponding chromatograms.
