Automated Sample Preparation Systems from DSP-Systems provide sustainable and dependable solutions for efficient extraction and purification of samples which are analysed for environmental contaminants such as dioxins, PCBs, PFAS, pesticides and more. Preparing samples for analysis can be a time consuming and laborious procedure which often requires large volumes of solvents. Our high quality solutions increase lab efficiency and reproducabilily while usage and exposure to harmfull chemicals is greatly reduced. Implementation of our ‘next generation’ automated sample preparation systems will fully equip the laboratory to meet current and future analytical challenges
SER-158 Automated solvent extractor is used to extract up to 6 solid samples and evaporate the obtained extracts. Much like a soxhlet extraction samples are placed in thimbles and are extracted by boiling solvent under atmospherical pressure, however the SER-158 automated solvent extractor performs the extraction process according to the Randal principle which significantly reduces the time needed to complete the extraction process. The automated sample extraction and concentration process typically takes up to less than 3hours to complete.
The CentriVap Benchtop Concentrator uses a combination of heat and vacuum to concentrate small fraction volumes to the desired end-volume or dryness. Multiple rotors are available to make this system suitable for a variety of volumes, the system works seamlessly together with our GO-EHT automated cleanup and purification systems for dioxins and PCBs.
Analytical standards and reference materials include customised mixtures as well as single solutions of isotopically labeled Dioxins, PCBs, PFAS, Pesticides, PAHs and many more. All products are supplied with traceble certificate of analysis and whenever possible, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17034 accreditation apply .
