GO-HT Systems

Automated sample clean-up and purification systems for Dioxins (PCDD/F) and PCBs

Today, laboratories analyzing a wide range of matrices for dioxins and PCBs face ever-growing challenges. In addition to the need to reduce costs and accelerate sample turnaround times, there is increased focus on laboratory efficiency, safety measures for personnel, and minimizing organic solvent consumption to reduce environmental impact. National regulatory bodies are also placing greater emphasis on these areas. DSP Systems aims to provide solutions that address these needs, positioning laboratories at the forefront of the industry.

DSP-Systems serves as the official European and North American distributor for Miura Institute of Environmental Science, a premier Japanese manufacturer specializing in sustainable “green technology for the future.” Miura focuses on developing and enhancing lab technology that prioritizes efficiency and environmental responsibility. This  commitment is evident in our GO-EHT systems, which offer reliable and efficient automated sample preparation for dioxins, PCBs, and other persistent organic pollutants.

GO-EHT systems are user-friendly and provide high throughput with certified consumables and a substantial sample capacity, all while using minimal solvents.

Their unique design allows operators to manage solvent and sample flow seamlessly, without the need for valve switching. The sample cleanup occurs on a certified, disposable column set positioned in front of the system. Because the samples never contact the system itself, no additional cleaning is required, effectively eliminating cross-contamination risks.

Main benefits of GO-HT Systems:

  • Very low organic solvent consumption; per sample
      • Hexane 90ml
      • Toluene 5ml
      • No DCM
  • No contact between system and samples, therefore risk of cross contamination eliminated
  • Dioxin and PCB purified fractions are collected in GC-vial
  • Dioxin and PCB purified fraction volumes are  both <1.5ml
  • Up to 6 samples simultaneously with a run time  < 90 minutes
  • No sample valves, no clogging
  • No washing programs
